ANTI-PIRACY ENFORCEMENT AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES

4.15 The Course Materials provided on the Site represent substantial intellectual property created through significant investment of time, expertise, and financial resources. 4.16 By enrolling in any course or accessing Course Materials on the Site, you acknowledge and agree that any unauthorized distribution, reproduction, recording, sharing, or commercial use of Course Materials constitutes a material breach of these Terms and an infringement of intellectual property rights.
